I’ve been at the fitness training game for quite a while now; so long in fact, that I can actually recall the early days of our industry when terms such as fitness professional, or personal fitness trainer didn’t even exist.

But through all the years of working out, building gyms, and training clients, I have always held to one truth: if nothing else, fitness must be fun. And it is with that sense of fun that I undertake this Blog.

Here, I hope to share a few insights, expound a bit of old-school advice, and take the occasional light-hearted look at the health and fitness monster that has evolved over the past few decades.
